My joint has hired about 50 new officers in the last 2 yrs. Most of them are great guys with tons of experiance. I am not writing this to downgrade the staff that we have gotten. I have a friend who has more experiance and more college degrees than any of the newly hired individuals that have been hired. He would be a great asset to our joint.
