Just wanted to let you know about the latest news regarding the Market theme. Due to some requests, I am working towards integrating Authorize.net with the Market theme. Essentially, it would be another bit of code that could be added to the single.php files to allow checkout with both Paypal and Authorize . (Rather than have it included from the start because not everyone would want to use Authorize.) Hopefully down the line a little bit the entire theme would revolve around a Options panel which would allow you to set all the possible payment types (Paypal, Google Checkout, Authorize, etc) and add all the right code - but that is still to come.
So as for when you can expect the Authorize integration to be completed, I’m currently waiting on them to approve my developer account so I can test the code I’ve been working with so far. Should be a few days and hopefully I’ll have it completed. Stay tuned.

I’m happy to report that the Markettheme.com site is now back online. We made a host switch yesterday and I ran into a little bit of trouble making the move over, but everything is now straightened up and back to the way it was. With our new host you should expect to see zero downtime, so get excited.

Just wanted to give everyone a quick heads up that the Market site will be undergoing a server move today. I am getting off my current host for something a lot more reliable, as it seems that the Market site goes down briefly at least a few times each day - which is just as annoying for me as it is for you. After some speculation, the Market theme is indeed increasing it’s pricing model. The pricing hike is not a very large one, and still places the theme at a very respectable level when comparing what you get for the amount you pay for. The price increase is effective for both the Standard and the Developer licenses.
