Who doesn’t know someone - either relatives, friends, co-workers, politicians - or their kids, who have sex or live together without benefit of marriage, have children out of wedlock, or is just a single woman who simply wants a kid - and goes and has one.
.
These children were once called “illegitimate”; their status having been noted upon their birth certificate. In addition, the more ancient appellation “bastard” was used in regard to children born of an irregular union. It is definitely not politically correct to use these terms today. Kids shouldn’t be labeled because of the sins of their parents. Even though they are affected by the parents lack of morality.

I’m not big on nun saints, I have more attraction to men and women of the laity who are saints.
St Josephine Bakhita is an exception. As a little girl she was captured in Sudan and forced into slavery. Having the good fortune to be ‘owned’ by an Italian family, she was able to enter a convent of Canossian Sisters as a religious, responding to Our Lord’s call. He chose her from birth, through her terrible ordeal and suffering, to be His bride.

I heard that on my drive home tonight - I haven’t seen it on the Internet yet. Wow! That was so fast!
Supposedly he explained to his Church he only had sex with that one male prostitute who exposed him. (That nasty gay man who made Ted sin!)
Evidently, at his age, Ted suddenly decided to try meth or whatever drug he was using at the time, and felt inclined to exploit a homosexual prostitute for sexual pleasure…just for the experience of it.
