Cannot Connect to LW after troubleshooting

I’ve gone through all of the troubleshooting tips on the other posts(uninstalling/reinstalling LW and Java etc.) and still am unable to connect. So here’s the my info, hopefully you can help. 1. OS version? Windows Vista 2. What firewalls you have? Norton Internet Security/Antivirus 3. How much ram? 2046 MB 4. Hard Disk space available? 150 GB 5. Connection type? Cable 6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Modem-Aris #TM402P/110...Router-Lynksys #WRT300N 7. Where are you trying to connect from: Home 8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? LW 4.18.8 PRO Java 1.6.0_07 9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Comcast 10. Do this simple test for us.
