CrunchBang Linux

Philip Newborough (corenominal) has released his remaster of Ubuntu 7.10. I have not had a chance to try it myself although there seems to be a good few happy users already and some good write-ups. The main differences between Ubuntu and CrunchBang Linux are as follows: CrunchBang utilises the lightweight Openbox window manager ROX-Filer and Thunar are used as file managers instead of Nautilus Epiphany used as default web browser, Firefox remains available Out-of-the-box support for multimedia. MP3, Adobe Flash, DVD playback etc. Sans brownness. CrunchBang uses a modified Darkilouche GTK theme and Tango icons The screenshots look very promising and CrunchBang Linux looks very slick.
