Congratulations to the blog formerly known as CoCo: Colorado Independent . (And it is a relief to see Blue Jersey and Michigan Liberal are on the list. Way to go guys!) CBS Although Clinton is calling her herself the comeback kid, she is hinting at a possible Democratic dream ticket with Obama. Hooray for alternative energy : WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. said this morning it has broken ground on the $13 million project, which will span 71/2 acres and feature nearly 10,000 solar panels visible from Pena Boulevard. The 2-megawatt system will generate 3.5 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually - the equivalent of enough electricity to power 1,000 homes or more annually. Jared Polis has triggered the ’Millionaire’s Amendment’, a section of campaign finance law that allows for his opponents to solicit more money from contributors if his personal donations exceed certain limits. It appears that this will only affect Will Shafroth (who has only made nominal contributions to his own campaign) but not affect Joan Fitz-Gerald (who has contributed enough so that the limits concerning her are higher.)
