Excessive Popups and constantly computer restarts

I recently been getting loads of random popups. THe pop up means i constant need to close them down and occasionally need to restart the computer. Also, when I try to use certain websites such as google or facebook, it seems to be loading but never actually loads up therefore I can’t use those websites which is extremely tricky.

Please see log below. Please can you solve my crisis??
