We just got word from the PR people behind Fashion Week San Diego that the event, which was originally scheduled for later this month, has been moved to next year.
According to the press release, “Due to a major injury suffered by the director of Fashion Week San Diego the event must be rescheduled for early 2009.”

As some of you might remember, last year Viejas Casino and JackFM (100.7) put on a huge, 11 week battle of the (cover) band contest for $32,000 of cash prize money. It was called, Ultimate Music Challenge , and I was fortunate enough to be one of the judges.
