Former Republican Governor William Milliken is having second thoughts about that McCain endorsement: "He is not the McCain I endorsed," said Milliken, reached at his Traverse City home Thursday. COLUMBUS, OH - Mayor Mike Coleman of Columbus, who introduced Barack Obama at his final event of a busy two day Ohio bus tour, accused the McCain campaign of voter intimidation in the Buckeye State. “John McCain will do all he can to appeal to the forces of division and fear,” Coleman warned the crowd of 12,000. “Just yesterday I learned that in Greene County, Ohio, the sheriff there by the name of Sheriff Fischer is investigating every single early vote taken in Greene County.... more

We are so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so screwed. By 2018, the Department of Transitional Assistance will just go ahead and benevolently take over Massachusetts, and every family will be living in a motel and eating garbage from the Northampton landfill. It’s been a depressing news week for Cooley Dickinson, but perhaps an inspiring week for leeches, phrenologists, and Dr. Preston Clemons Moore’s Camphor Cloth & Herb Medicines for Gout, Ague, Cholera, Jersey, Red Death, Spangles, and ... more

The McCain campaign fired shots across the bow today in further attempts to smear the Obama campaign with the bloodless hands of property destroying 70s domestic terrorist Bill Ayers. Ayers, who was never criminally charged for twice destroying a commemorative statue honoring the policemen killed by an attacked staged by the police at Chicago’s Haymarket Square on May 4, 1886, has failed to apologize for his terrorist past, explaining that he "didn’t do enough". He was also complic... more
