I think I’m under attack...

Out of the blue up pops a dialogue box with the following..........

Spy Bot has detected an important registry entry that has been changed

Category: Browser Helper Object
Change: Value Added
{9BE56BA3-E4B2-4811-A4604-6AD95A2914DC}

I will say "deny" and "remember my decision"....BUT then another set of boxes comes up titled "resident" and these boxes constantly appears on my screen and say "registry change denied -- user decision...
