3 years since I last bought my XPS gaming rig and decided to treat myself to an XPS laptop.
Completed my internet order, picked my finance option adn submitted....thats when it all started going wrong.
The finance agreement beared no resemblance to the option I took, I called customer services and operators hung up on me twice (am I kidding, not likely) and when I try to contact the finance team on the number accompanying the documentation, I'm left hanging ... more
