As you no doubt heard, Mike Huckabee graciously bowed out of the Republican race after losing Texas and Ohio earlier this week.
As I mentioned previously, we supported his campaign, and I think he has influenced Senator McCain and others positively with his firm stance supporting life, especially the most vulnerable life of the unborn baby.
Senator McCain has many good qualities and is strong on pro-life issues . There is, however, one plank of his pro-life platform that is weak: He supports experimentation and destruction of so-called “spare” human embryos.
To his credit, he opposes the intentional creation of human embryos for experimentation, but if human embryos already exist and are not being “used”, he supports research on them. To me, a human is a human is a human: There are no “spare” or “left-over” human beings, but all human beings have been willed by God with inalienable rights and deserve life as the foremost amon...

I would like to ask that question to Senator Obama over his recent claim that Jesus justified same-sex unions in the Sermon on the Mount .
Unfortunately, from what I read of his statements he didn’t actually mention the specific chapter and verse that he was referring to, so we don’t actually know which words of Christ he uses to justify same-sex unions, but he did speak about the book of Romans:
