Later this week Superior Court Pro-tem Judge Robert Klitzkie is scheduled to hear the Attorney Generals Writ of Mandate filed against acting Governor Mike Cruz and Rev and Tax officials to enforce the island’s law against gambling machines.The AG is asking the court to order Rev and Tax to revoke the licenses of gaming machines and have the devices seized and destroyed.The hearing is slated for Wednesday, July 23.
