I learned an extremely important life lesson yesterday.
So, here we go…
I heard a story– a tragic story– where a young teen spirals out of control behaviorally until one day, he ends up in a car accident. He almost died and though he’s alive, and out of the ICU, he has such severe brain damage that he’s mentally and physically disabled.

I went to the chiropractor today. First time in ten years. I had forgotten how amazing it feels to be in alignment again!
It’s a little scary having someone crack you. A lot of touching and pressing and swift movements… but it also releases some endorphines, and it inspires me to be more healthy overall.

Inspired by my lovely friend, Janna, I am going to take on the the challenge. Can I come up with 100 things I’m thankful for? Of course I can!!! I pledge to write down ten things each day for ten days that I am grateful for. Yes, I know I just wrote a count my blessings blog a few days ago, but it’s SO important that I live in an attitude of gratitude. So here it goes!
