If you couldn’t already tell I love technology almost as much as I love music. Anything that combines the two has my full attention. This new device is a really cool concept but obviously big concerns is the audio quality and the low $100 price tag raises questions….we’ll have to wait and see until this is released in June.

It’s nice to see iTunes have some legit and serious competition. It only will force both companies to continue to improve the product for the user.
Amazon MP3 announced today that they have added DRM-free downloads from SONY BMG. Amazon now has MP3 deals with each of the four major record labels — Sony, EMI, Warner Music Group, and Universal. Apple’s iTunes only sells DRM-free tracks from EMI .

This sounds very cool and something I hope a lot of bands start using. I’d love to see behind the scenes and hear the development of an album.
Investors just dumped $3 million into DeepRockDrive , a startup specialized in live concert streaming. They allow bands to perform in a studio, and webcast the action to a global audience.
