 En waardoor kwam ze recentelijk in het (cyber)nieuws? HINT 1 : zie de alt-tekst van de pica HINT 2 : onderstaande dame zei tegen bovenstaande dame: shut up and move on.   Hint 3 : als de bovenste dame op en neer springt doen haar jetsers… wat?…. Hint 4 : … boing… boing dus En we hebben een winnaar: Erika. Voor alle n00bs de uitleg: de dames op de pica’s zijn Violet Blue (fictieve naam) en Xeni Jardin. De laatste is Co-editor van het weblog Boing Boing. Enkele dagen geleden werden alle topics over en reacties van Violet Blue van Boing Boing verwijderd. Boing Boing noemde dit “ unpublishen “, de rest van internet noemde het censuur . Zelfs de oude media pikten het op. Overigens kunt u op beide dames stemmen , zodat er eentje straks misschien in de Playboy komt te staan.

Setting free the chickens

On Sunday, I let our chickens out of their coop to run around freely for the first time. I was surprised by how quickly they took to it. They started scratching around in the grass and dirt, grazing on different tree and bush leaves, weeds, blossoms, and blades of grass. They stretched out in the sun, and gave themselves dust baths. How amazing that this behavior was encoded in them from the time they were single-celled eggs a couple of months ago. How do they know which things are good to eat? ... more

De Nederlandse cartoonist Gregorius Nekschot (pseudoniem) is maandagmiddag in zijn woonplaats Amsterdam aangehouden door de politie. Nekschot wordt verdacht van “belediging van een groep” en “het aanzetten tot haat”. Ik ben geen Oranjefan, behalve als de blauwbloedjes zich weer eens belachelijk maken. En net als vele anderen zag ik de vlucht van het koninklijk huis jarenlang als puur landverraad. Leopold III van België was immers ook in Duits krijgsgevangenschap gegaan? Al is hij gestorven in de wetenschap dat de Belgen hem dat altijd zullen verwijten, dank u mijn volk.
