Attorneys for embattled computer maker Psystar Ltd. on Tuesday alleged the rules for buying Apple Inc.’s (AAPL) Macintosh operating system software involve “anticompetitive tactics.” Psystar, based in Doral, Fla., is challenging Apple's requirement that only Apple-branded devices use its software, which Pystar contends illegally ties the sale of one product to another.
