We are about to launch a site that needs to store credit cards. We initially got a VPS since we didn’t want to worry about hardware maintenance and we were just going to add more VPSes as needed. We use Amazon S3 for file hosting and we use the MySQL cluster provided by our VPS hosting company. We started using Authorize.net CIM solution ( http://www.authorize.net/solutions/m...tservices/cim/ ) to store credit card info but the problem is that you can’t get the credit card numbers back (they mask the numbers). Does anyone know of hosts that offer managed PCI compliant servers? Can PCI compliance be achieved on a VPS? Is a hardware firewall required or software firewall is enough? I am looking for both managed server companies or other services where I can have access the credit card information (not just charge them) and still be PCI compliant. Thanks in advanced.

I have a server with midphase but need to know who to blame or what the cause is.
I keep getting Network timeout and or connection reset issues. Midphase keep saying everything is fine but alertra says the site takes 15-30seconds load from around the world.
Is this a server or network issue?
Nothing is changed on the server and the load,memory and cpu is low.
I had cliffsupport look at this and they said its fine, and midphase keep insisting the server is fine. Would this be a net...

I have found the following code to go into the htaccess file;
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond % { HTTP_HOST } ! ^ my domain here $
RewriteRule ^ ( . * ) $ my www domain here / $ 1 [R=301]
...which works a treat. (can’t list the proper code as the forum bust...
