McCain and Sarah Palin: Till Death Do Them Part? And If So, How Soon? Is McCain A Lot Sicker Than We Know?
By ALEXANDER COCKBURN
In the crucial final weeks of the campaign John McCain is mostly doing only one event a day. This is the man of whom his primary care physician at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona, said to journalists in a conference call last May 23: “At the present time, Sen. McCain enjoys excellent health and displays extraordinary energy.” He looked tired and sick in the second debate in Nashville. As Sarah Palin rabble-rouses the crowds with calls for Obama to be forthright, she may be wondering, “how forthright has John McCain been with me? If he wins on November 4, will I be president in six months or a year?” Content suppressed by ://URLFAN, for full article visit source

Reviewing DemFromCT's morning poll roundup , we see some evidence of one scenario we have been anticipating in my posts of recent weeks: that McCain is in the process of reclaiming ground he should have occupied for some time, ground that he had given up with his dismal performance these last few months. While McCain has gained a point or two in many national polls these last few days (remaining at a still anemic 43-45 percent), Obama is not showing any sign of slippage. And as we ... more Democrats may tax health benefits - The Boston GlobeFrom: looneyleft.com Post Date: 2008-12-01 12:45:20 Democrats may tax health benefits - The Boston Globe WASHINGTON - In the last month of the presidential campaign, it was one of Barack Obama and Joe Biden’s strongest attack lines: John McCain, they warned, would “tax your healthcare benefits for the first time ever.”But now, some Congressional Democrats in charge of health reform are talking about doing just that. ... more Welcome to Vichy AmericaFrom: womenforsarahpalin.net Post Date: 2008-12-01 16:21:14 http://dagnyd.net/vichy.htm
Welcome to Vichy America
This was not just another election. The last time we had a presidential election, the Left tried to get a brazen traitor elected - namely John Kerry. This new President from the Left is even more than that. Obama was no traitor, because he never was really on our side in the first place. Obama was really a foreign candidate - in spirit, funding, and citizenship.

Darwinism provides no explanation for the origin of complex enzymes (such as the one described in the French study) except to invoke “imaginary mutations over unimaginable time scales.” Musgrave counters that the enzyme in the French study “isn’t particularly complex, it’s a simple 201 amino acid long protein.” Of course, it doesn’t take much of a skeptic to doubt that a 201 amino acid enzyme could originate by random mutation and natural ... more
