Welcome to Vichy America
This was not just another election. The last time we had a presidential election, the Left tried to get a brazen traitor elected - namely John Kerry. This new President from the Left is even more than that. Obama was no traitor, because he never was really on our side in the first place. Obama was really a foreign candidate - in spirit, funding, and citizenship.

Feels Like the First TimeFrom: iammattthomas.com Post Date: 2006-12-13 17:28:40 As you might imagine, with my new job I’ve been thinking a lot about the fine art of blogging. I’ve been doing it less and less myself, as being both busy and tired left me little motivation for getting online and writing when I didn’t have to. But working for Automattic and not blogging is like working for Volvo and not owning a driver’s license. Designing and coding the new site was my second task as a full-timer at Automattic, and it was definitely the one project I was most looking forward to tackling when I took the position.
As with all relaunches, there are a few things to finesse here and there, but we’re all quite excited about the new site. As usual, I began with jiggling wires around, making sure there was nothing wrong here at the house, then sitting at my desk, staring at the blinking lights for a few minutes, hoping they might start their usual dance if I just sat there long enough. When I realized that wouldn’t work, I occupied myself for about an hour before I had really gotten tired of waiting for it to come back up. So, I called Mediacom.

But it’s a wonderful thing when one of those songs grabs you and won’t let go.
