What fantastic timing this article has ? In the same day that the We Campaign notified me that ABC rejected to broadcast this inoffensive and important ad, the Planet S paper let me know that my interview was published. - Tell ABC to air the ad tonight. Siamo andati a votare nel mese di ottobre ed abbiamo scelto di nuovo Stephen Harper, il capo del Partito Conservatore che pero’, anche a causa dei voti dei separatisti del Québec, non ha raggiunto la maggioranza piena. By Michael Gorman THE VANGUARD NovaNewsNow.com The MP for West Nova says he’s disappointed with how quickly things have deteriorated in Ottawa. Greg Kerr told The Vanguard today from his office in the nation’s capital that there is plenty of blame to go around for why the House is busy talking about who should govern and not how to help guide the country through rough economic waters. "We’ve got a lot of very serious, serious issues facing the country," said Kerr, "and I know t... more

Australian tighthead prop Al Baxter will come face to face with the man who tore him to shreds in his last visit to Twickenham when he packs down against Andy Sheridan on Saturday. The New South Wales Waratahs prop starts along side Stephen Moore and Ben Robinson in the front row, where Baxter knows only too well Australia have been marmalised by England in their previous two encounters. But Australia coach Robbie Deans tonight insisted Twickenham “holds no baggage” for the W... more

There are a lot of Canadians who have trouble reading and writing . It hampers their ability to perform tasks most bloggers take for granted. It didn’t help that Conservatives cut funding to literacy programs . Putting on my best Gerry Ritz voice , I wonder aloud where else have I heard that number, 38%, before? “Conservative support [...] to 38 per cent” ? ... more

Harper Thinks We’re Crazy
From: abandonedstuff.com
Post Date: 2008-09-18 18:45:39

It sounds like Harper has given up on what he would define as success in Afghanistan. Take a listen to what he told Peter Mansbridge just 2 years ago on what it means to succeed . “It’s not a point in time,” the Prime Minister said. I’ve put the pertinent, uninterrupted clip in this A.B.C. ad: Harper has now set a point in time to end Canada’s role in the war . But who really can believe him ? Maybe, if you’re crazy you can. Could he have been l... more
