昔 ? は無償だった MT-Notifier 、今は有償ですが、管理画面があったり結構リッチなプラグインに成長している。 MT-Notifier より機能は劣るけど、基本機能は実装されている Comment Subscribe というのがあるようだ。日本語化の情報もある
