I couldn’t help thinking about the mayor’s comments earlier this year about Ottawa going "web2.0" while waiting in line to buy a street parking pass at City Hall yesterday. Every month I drive to city hall, pay for parking, and wait in line to ask someone to print a new parking pass that I can put on my dashboard.
