While print media is in its decline state in the West and the U.S., it’s on the rise in the East. Why? According to Cambodia’s minister of posts and telecommunications, quoted in the Post, Phnom Penh has nearly 11,000 Internet-connected computers in cafes; and less than one percent of the population regularly uses the Internet.
