We don’t yet know whether consumers will like to watch TV on their cellphones but Motorola is learnt to be developing a Mobile TV device that might not act as a cellphone. The device might be based on Qualcomm’s MediaFlo technology as opposed to DVB-H, which is spearheaded by Nokia.
