copied this from another forum. I did this to my phone and its a completely different animal. I was debating on the instinct, but after looking around i found this and am happy I kept my phone. After playing around with the instinct I can say that my touch will now whip the bejeesus out of it. These updates give you GPS, a bunch of awesome apps, and better styling/customization. I think I have 3 different GPS applications AND google earth!
