DC housing sales pace was definitely slower this year than a year ago. Sales of home (all types) in the District declined 23.74% from 657 units to 501 while the ave. sales price increased by 7.81% from $516,708 to $557,079. On the other hand, its median price saw no change at all - it stays flat at $395,000.
