Construction is scheduled to begin this spring on a new 222,000-square-foot medical office and an ambulatory and imaging facility in New Garden, Pa.
The facility, called the New Garden Medical Centre, will have an 86,060-square-foot ambulatory surgery building with an imaging center and a 94,746-square-foot medical office building. It will sit on 17.8 acres at 498 New Line Road. Future plans call for the addition of a hotel and restaurant to serve visitors to the medical facility, which is being constructed by Medical Venture Properties of Lancaster.
