On Friday at the ACS National Convention, Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) called the current U.S. Supreme Court one of the most activist in history for a series of recent rulings he said have undermined the U.S. Constitution and federal and state laws designed to protect the health, safety and economic well-being of Americans.
