(NASDAQ: SIRI ) will eliminate executive positions to cut costs. No doubt, after the only two U.S. satellite radio companies merged, there are some redundancies. He also said the company could report $300 million in earnings next year excluding some items. What’s more, Sirius XM will introduce new products. Perhaps these will include what the blogosphere is buzzing about today -- a new Internet application that would stream Sirius XM to portable devices , namely the Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL ) iPhone, as noted by Citigroup’s Tony Wible. Apple’s iPod and iPhone products, as well as other digital music players, have been named as competitors to satellite radio by Karmazin himself. If these reports are true, could he be trying to transform them from com...

I hope I am putting this in the right forum, but I have a question. Every time Sirius/XM does anything with change people threaten to cancel. I know how you could love a channel and be pissed, but if you truly like the service why threatens this right away? For example I liked hot jamz a lot, but I am not going to run out and drop my subscription, because they took it away, because I enjoy more programming. I read on orbitcast and other places all the time about people’s bitterness toward... more

As soon as an iPod or iPhone is plugged into the PC, Vista crashes and shows the “blue screen of death” (BSOD), the critical error screen on a blue background that requires a reboot to recover, users said. iPhone News says the errors began showing up immediately after updating iTunes to Version 8.0, w... more

Despite all this, they are still stock market junkies. In fact, they have created a unique site for traders to hang out in -- Wikinvest . But this is no fly-by-night operation -- the company recently snagged $2.5 million in venture capital.
