In the U.S. we are very fortunate to live in "the land of the free and the home of the brave" where we can have as many kids as we want, we're allowed to practice whatever religion calls us, we can roam around anywhere in cyberspace, wear whatever piece of cloth suits our fancy, and say whatever you want to say (Unless you're CBS or FOX News - Oh, but I digress). However, sometimes I wonder if there should be laws like the one French legislators are trying to pass that will ban websites that promote eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia. This is the country that is known for high fashion and skinny models - so what happens to Paris Fashion Week? I know that banning websites is just the first step.
