Airborne will pay $23.3 million to settle a class action lawsuit wherein the herbal supplement company was accused of false advertising. You've probaby heard of Airborne. You may have even tried it. I'm not usually a big fan of gimmicky ads that rely on a photo without the copy to back it up, but I found an ad on AdGoodness today from Pantene Pro-V that proves a picture can be worth a thousand words (with a few well-written words of copy thrown in).
