Last September, Ravi Zacharias sponsored and appeared at an event in Atlanta that was hosted by comedian Jeff Foxworthy. The event was titled, “Is America Really Christian?” After reading Jeff Foxworthy’s remarks from the Glenn Beck show on CNN, 11-12-07, (Glenn Beck is a devout Mormon), one wonders whether Christians are Christian any more. Ravi refers on his ministry website to Jeff Foxworthy as a personal friend, and apparently that’s how he came to host the ministry event in Atlanta. But what does Foxworthy actually believe about sin, Jesus Christ and salvation? Here’s an excerpt from the transcript from his conversation with the Mormon Beck.
