So, in brief, a Republican congressman from Texas by the name of John Culberson is up in arms about a letter on how members of the House of Representatives use the Internet, and I took to the Huffington Post to push back a bit on the conventional wisdom that Democrats in Congress are intent upon cracking down on Twitter, Qik, YouTube, so on and so forth.
