Okay, I’m gonna try to consolidate all the threads regarding specifically durabak with my own step by step experience starting today. Anyone want to help? bosljeff@gmail.com
I have a 4 day break and I am going to prep and paint the lower portion of my 60 with Black UV durabak. I’m gonna provide a step by step with frequent updates. A lot of my research came from "Durabak-ed my 80 this weekend" by MaddBaggins, "Rhino lining the body of a 60" by cwb, "Durabak tips" by llih, and several of concretejungle’s threads regarding the process.
On my way out I’m gonna get it washed, no wax, just a good cleaning.

Hey guys, I could use some more help with an issue. I have an oil pan drain plug that is dripping. I replaced it with an OEM plug and plug gasket. It still drips. Now I am wondering if there is some kind of gasket surface on the pan that may have wore down or wore off.
Someone recommended Silicone on the threads. Before I go this route I am wondering if there’s a better way. Any other thoughts?
Thanks,

I’m keeping the front axle and lights, everything else is for sale. The interior is gray, body is white. The bed is in really nice shape for a Toyota in this part of the country. There is a little surface rust in front of the driver wheel well and behind the passenger wheel well, no holes or rot. 22r runs good, no smoke. The 5speed g52 tranny is smooth through all the gears.

Take this stuff outta my garage, please. Tired of tripping over it.
Leftover column shifter bits from 1965 FJ45LP project. The pic was taken a few months ago when I listed a bunch o’ junk on ebay. I’m not sure that I still have the linkages and reverse switch. I definitely have the actual shift lever and column rod.
Local pickup is preferred.
Otherwise, buyer(?) pays UPS shipping. Please don’t ask what the shipping is for free stuff. If ...
