It’s a rare day that occasions the use of the Wombat of Command, but yea, the stars have aligned and today, the 10th of April, is just such a day. Thusly, I present the Wombat of Command. You must do the following: Go to Tiki Bar TV . Watch Episode 24: Bunnies. Pay Close Attention. Find a group of friends of similar mien and engage in at least one rousing game of Bunnies. It had better be rousing; we’ll be spot-checking, people, so don’t try to play a playa. Wake up on the floor of a truck stop in Needles (Optional, but recommended for California residents.) THE WOMBAT COMPELS YOU.

If you did, why didn’t you let me know?! You would have saved me a half-hour’s worth of work. Sheesh, some people. ... more

Well, big T, you’ve had a good run. Sensible pricing, good customer service, the works. But unfortunately for you, two big mistakes are driving me into the arms of another carrier. First off, your 3G story is abysmal. Why, oh why didn’t someone read the fine print when you shelled out all that money for spectrum earlier this year? By the time you’re able to roll out 3G across the country, we’ll all be using WiMax’s successor. Via a brain implant. Whi... more
