Everyone knows that time flies.
But with this new combination clock and screensaver, we’ve now learned that time can’t swim. Instead, it sinks.
This Dropclock shows heavy black and white helvetica numbers dropped into clear water and captured in super slow motion video. The numbers break the plane of the water and create a temporary dent before the H2O slips up and around and surrounds it. The cool download works as both a way to mark the passing of minutes and moments and, as stated above, as a screensaver.
If you’re as interested in super slow motion video as you are in keeping track of the clock’s tick tock, check out this link to loads of other hypnotizing clips of events slowed down to a crawl as time is nearly stopped.
