The rise of the digital citizen is causing a constantly growing and continuous stream of knowledge being distributed through the wide spectrum of channels. It is like someone has turned open the water tap and the information is like the water just running out of it. But with the big difference that we can’t open or close it when we want to ... it is open now ... so how do we stop ourselves from drawning? We can’t be expected to process each and every bit of information that comes along?
