Transmission problems.. HELP!

Hi, I am new to the forum. I just purchased a 2004 C230K not too long ago. When I first purchased it, transmission fluid started leaking. I took it to the dealer and they said that it was leaking from a sensor. I had the problem fixed and not too long after, I noticed the transmission shifting weird. I took the car back to the dealer and they said that the transmission fluid was extremely low. They also checked for leaks and said that there was none. I know fluid just doesn’t disappear. This is the first Mercedes that I have ever bought so I don’t know too much about them. Anyone have a clue what could be going on with my car?? Thanks in advance!

So...I have gotten 3 tickets on my 2007 CLS 550 since December and I have not gone to court for any of them. Two of them happened in Orange County and one of them happened in Riverside County. First question...are the records hooked up county by county? What I mean is if I wanted to go to traffic school for one of my Orange County cases and the one in Riverside...would they know if I went to court near the same time period?
