El gobierno represivo de Cuba planea un juicio mañana, jueves 28 de agosto del 2008, contra el cantante de Punk Rock, Gorki Aguila, líder del grupo Porno Para Ricardo. Su arresto y las acusaciones son ridículas. Este joven lo único que ha hecho es cantar. No ha amenazado a nadie, no a tomado un arma para atacar a nadie. Su delito es expresar en música su desacuerdo con la dictadura que por 50 años esclaviza al pueblo de Cuba. Su “delito” es ejercer su derecho como hombre libre, su derecho humano. Hagamos llegar nuestro desacuerdo con la más reciente injusticia de la ultra-derecha comunista de los hermanos Castro y su asquerosa oligarquía a Human Rights Watch , Amnesty International , y al US Department of State .
