Nous recherchons un nouveau colocataire dans un très bel appartement situé entre Jiao Tong University et Zhongshan Park.
This apartment is fully equipped with a/c, TV, WiFi, washing machine, microwave etc – all new. Furnitures are modern, "Ikea" style.
Your flatmates are 1 French girl (trainee), 1 Thai girl (student) and 1 Filipinno (mechanical engineer) , we are easygoing and enthusiastic !
Well located, many restaurants, some bars and Carrefour. Near Jiao Tong University, 5 mins by walk to Yan’An Station (Line3/4), 15 minutes by walk to Zhongshan Park Station (Line 2).
Le loyer est fixé à 2 500 yuan/mois.
