Use Google SMS Instead of 411

I’m always one of the last people to hear about this kind of thing, but my sister just told me about Google SMS and I wanted to share it. Instead of using the expensive 411 feature on your cell phone, just text 466453 with a search string. For example, if you want the weather in Los Angeles, just enter “los angeles weather” and you’ll get current and forecast conditions for that city. You can easily do the same thing for restaurants, hotels, and other listings. Go here to try out search strings to see all that you can do.
