Hi everyone! We’ve had to do some major office reshuffling this week to accomodate our two newest team members: Scott Tedmanson and Fulvio Oliveira. Scott is working with Chris on SendStudio and he’s picked up everything in such a short period of time that it feels like he’s been with us for months already! Fulvio is working with Mitch on SiteCenter and is also doing a great job learning everything in such a short period of time, so welcome aboard guys :) You can read more about Scott and Fulvio on our meet the staff page here. We’ve also updated the ActiveKB features page to include tabs and screenshots for most features. I personally think it’s a lot easier to read and navigate but take a look and let me know what you think. Shout outs to Mitch for spending 5 hours on it last night! Anyway, that’s all from me. I say this to just about anyone that will listen: "Always test your newsletters by sending to a test mailing list before sending them out to your actual subscribers" ... and that’s exactly what I *didn’t* do yesterday after Chris made some changes to our live SendStudio install. ActiveKB 1.3.5 Released plus NX progress update
