The Daily Journal is reporting that a Cumberland County trial court invalidated Vineland’s revised master plan and subsequent zoning changes as meetings involving an ad-hoc committee (which included four planning board members) appointed to provide suggestions on updating the master plan failed to comply with the Open Public Meetings Act.Â
