Olive Riley,world’s oldest blogger has passed away this Saturday in a nursing home in Woy Woy, Australia at the age of 108. Riley began blogging February last year. She had posted more than 70 entries on her blog. Her posts can be still read in her blog Life of Riley . She had a sizable international audience on her blog. She was born on October 20, 1899 and will be buried later this week on the NSW Central Coast.

A new study by Consumer Reports finds that technical support for most computers is pretty dismal. According to the study Compaq and Hewlett-Packard’s tech support were found to be generally worse. For laptops, Lenovo’s tech support found to be quite good. Apple rated as the best by consumers. The Consumer Reports’ survey showed Mac’s in-store help is excellent, solving problems 90 percent of the time.
