due to a class action settlement you can get a free program from mcafee if you bought virus scan 3 or 4.go here settlement form and infofill out the form and you will get an email telling you how to procede. you dont seem to need proof of purchase. this is good for me since i dont keep old receipts or even old software.the options for the free programs seem to be mcafee virusscan version 8 mcafe...
