i use a different notetaking tool for almost every conference i attend. i try and use ones which have both off and online components for allowing me to write if theres no connectivity but allowing me to publish easily if there is.

its been a long long day but at least i got to watch the final episode of dr who when i got home.
i wasnt as inspired by the talks as other people seem to have been the ones i attended seemed reasonably prosaic although i did make a couple of notes to follow up on later. i think this means i need to change the criteria i use for choosing which talks i go to.

sms found a brilliant sms tutorial from developers home where i first learnt some xhtmlmp and basic when trying out mobile web coding last year. understand some of the differences between how to send sms between phones and pc but have temporarily stalled because in order to practice sms commands need to buy a gprs modem and im still trying to find the right one i need.
