our st server wont allow anonymous users to attend meetings even the test meeting.

im taking a lot of heat for flooding all our windows event logs with excessive tsm entries.
cad polls the server every hour so these are what we see in the event viewer every hour. it makes troubleshooting other apps annoying.
the information entries are the scheduler starting and stopping ba client parameters and next scheduled event.
