yesterdays run left enough energy in the tank to tackle a long run and im glad i did. im very tired now but feel better after resting my eyes for a few minutes in front of the tv. i was surprised by the appearance of a thunder and lightning storm that turned into a hail storm between miles 9 15. at one point the hail was pea sized which is just when it starts to sting ......
